What is a QR code and how do I use it?

A QR code, or Quick Response code is a series of small squares used to store and transmit data, used by scanning with a mobile or tablet device to take you via a shortcut to a webpage.

NextGear Capital uses QR codes to provide a shortcut to aquire more or specific information about our products and services. Scanning a QR code (like the one pictured) can be a quicker way to link to the web page you want, or specific information, rather than keying in the URL for the website and then clicking through the pages.

To use QR codes you need a smartphone or tablet with a camera. Many devices come with QR code readers already installed, but if you don't have one you can visit your app store and download a reader free of charge. 

With the application open, hold the device over the QR code as if you were taking a photograph. The application will focus on the code, store and process the information and then allow you to open up the relevant webpage directly.

How do I find details of my Account Manager?

If you already have a NextGear Capital Stocking Plan, just log on to the website and you'll see contact details of your Account Manager on your personal dashboard page. 

If you don't yet have a Stocking Plan or you're not sure who your Account Manager is, just call our Customer Service Team on 0353 818 000 092 or email us and we’ll arrange for the Account Manager for your area to get in touch.
