Help Topics: Managing my Stocking Plan

1. Go to the SFP-W login page and enter your corporate email address, then click Next.
2. On the next screen, click the button that says Continue with Email (just below your email address).
3. Under the password box, click Forgot your password?
4. You’ll be asked to re-enter your email address. Click Continue, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

 

1. Click ‘Login’ in the top navigation menu of the website.

2. Once the login page opens, click ‘Forgotten password?’ 

3. Enter the email address linked to your StockMaster account and click submit.

4. You will then receive an email to re-set your password for StockMaster.

2. On an Android phone, click the three dots in the top right corner and select Add to Home Screen. When using an iPhone click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the navigation bar, click share then scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
3. A shortcut will then appear on your Home Screen

If some of your details change, such as contact information, bank details or your insurance provider, just call our Customer Service Team on 0343 50 60 600 to let us know so that we can update your records.

Remember, if you do want to change insurance provider, we have a list of approved insurers, so make sure you speak to your Account Manager or our Customer Service Team if you’re planning to switch and we can provide the latest list.

Once your Stocking Plan is set up and running, maintenance is very important and you need to make sure you keep your information up to date.

Please let us know about any changes to details such as your contact information, insurance and bank details. To help remind you, our Customer Service Team will contact you annually to run through supplying your insurance renewal documents and you can find a list of approved insurance companies here.

If the vehicle is subject to an outstanding finance agreement, we will require full clearance from the finance house before it can be added to your Stocking Plan.

Vehicles must not be added to your Stocking Plan unless they are on your premises and paid for.

The title must belong to the dealership so that clear title is then passed to NextGear Capital.
