Christmas and New Year opening hours

Opening Hours  

As there are very few auctions between 24 December and 2 January, we will be closing the NextGear Capital offices during that period to allow our hardworking staff some time at home - after all, we're expecting a very busy 2015!

Please find below some further details about our service coverage during the holiday period:

Head Office - will be closed from 12:00 noon on 24 December to 09:00 on 2 January.

Auction Source vehicles - if you are attending any of the auctions that are open and make a purchase, it will be processed as normal. We will have staff on hand should there be any referrals, although please allow a little extra time.

Trade Source vehicles - you will not be able to load any Trade Source vehicles between 24 December and 2 January. So please ensure that any vehicles that you wish to add are loaded onto your Stocking Plan by 12:00 noon on 24 December. Service will resume as normal from 09:00 on 2 January.

New Applications - you will still be able to apply for a Stocking Plan via our website. Applications will be picked up on 2 January and progressed.

Website and Stocking Plan - our website and the WFS Stocking Plan system will be running as normal throughout the holiday period. If you have any questions, please check the Help Centre on our website where you may find the answer. You will still be able to review your Stocking Plan 24/7 on the WFS Stocking Plan system.

Account Managers and other staff will be checking their telephone messages and emails every couple of days, so if you have a query, please allow a little extra time for a response.
